• Currently Managing Director of Marshall Management (and latterly The PLM Practice) for over 16 years: small focused consultancies working with UK retailers to deliver improved process in specialist areas
• Worked with Freeborders UK for 2 years on PLM/PDM projects and for other clients on more general consultancy
• Working with clients to inform their strategic direction in business areas associated with PLM  
• Previously used to working within and for UK retailers in providing improved processes supported by innovative software for areas of the business outside the mainstream – creative solutions for creative teams – that ranged from CAD to marketing to image management to PDM.

Work Background

• Associate Principal with Price Waterhouse Coopers consultancy working with clients in media and retail sectors
• Managing Director of Lion Publishing plc - a publishing company with a major international business including management of subsidiaries in US, France and Australia.
