Dave is another veteran of the UK based apparel industry, having cut his teeth on CAD systems in the 70s / 80s, and moving into PDM type systems in the nineties, working for companies such as Microdyamics and Gerber.

Dave actually worked on the very first PDM type systems in Europe, implementing systems for retail and manufacturing companies across apparel, footwear and accessories merchandise ranges.

Over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and software sectors gives him a wide view of such implementations, both from a user and a software re-seller perspective, so the emphasis is squarely on usable, functional systems implementations and keeping the customer going, as business dynamics change rapidly, along with system requirements and capabilities.

Now running his own IT training and consultancy business, Dave gains experience from all types of business, not just apparel related, and while still contracting to such sewn goods companies, experience and techniques have been garnered from working with public and service sector organisations including government departments such as Education and Defence.

Overall, a very experienced, user focussed approach gives rise to a large and mutually satisfactory customer base, which he hopes to extend within the Product Development Partnership client base.
